2020年，中國(guó)正式宣布將力爭(zhēng)在2030年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰、2060年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和。這是中國(guó)基于推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)和實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求作出的重大戰(zhàn)略決策。
政府把建立資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)作為新時(shí)期戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)，節(jié)約資源作為中國(guó)一項(xiàng)基本國(guó)策。節(jié)能減排不僅是我國(guó)建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)，倡導(dǎo)低碳生活的要求，也是公司實(shí)施“成本戰(zhàn)略”的有效舉措之一。

In 2020, China officially announced that it will strive to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060. This is a major strategic decision made by China based on its responsibility to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind and the inherent requirements for achieving sustainable development.
The government regards the establishment of a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society as a strategic task in the new era, and resource conservation is a basic national policy of China. Energy conservation and emission reduction are not only the requirements for building a conservation-oriented society and advocating low-carbon living in China, but also one of the effective measures for companies to implement a "cost strategy".
